Where can I get after market 1/35 tracks for a Tamiya Famo? There has to be a better set of tracks than the ones that came with the model. Isn't there?

Without looking, I think Fruil Model may make a set. I also think that AFV Club has a set of half-track tracks, but these may not be for the FAMO.

Both Friulmodel and Modelkasten have aftermarket tracks for the FAMO. I got the Friuls - I seem to like them better...
Anyway - www.greatmodels.com is where I got mine. Good looking tracks!

MK does not have tracks for the Famo. Only the Sd Kfz 7, for large German semi-tracks. I think Friul has them. The AFV club tracks are for the Sd Kfz 251 and Sd Kfz 11(same track).
What I'd like to know is whats wrong with the workable tracks that come with the Tamiya Famo kit. Are there fit problems, or are they inaccurate ?
Robert

Good call Robert - I was mistaken in my MK comment..... that's what happens I go by memory nowadays :-)
Anyway - there isn't anything wrong with the kit tracks - as far as I can tell. I'm certainly no expert on this vehicle - I just really like friul tracks... call me a sucker :-)
