I’m trying to find some decent reference walk around photo of this vehicle. I have SP design’s rendition and would like to improve upon the kit some. I have broken and miss formed parts with in the kit that need to be rebuilt. I can not seem to find much photo’s of this vehicle on the web, mostly the Zoopark and C&C variant keep popping up. Any help would be appreciated a lot.

Chris - what parts and problems with the kit? Replacement pieces are available!

As for reference...good luck. This is still a "sensitive" vehicle, at least as far as photo shoots go.

Thanks Jacques, that would explain why I can not find much on this vehicle.

As far as the parts that are broken are the main dish and dish support arm, part number 35 and 31. There were air bubbles that formed during pouring that left nasty gaps in the parts.

Thanks for the links Roy, that did help alot. Just wish there was better shots of the rardar dish, but I'll take what I can get. I'm also using your build as some reference to aid in construction.

By the way, did you have any problems with the rear hull plate lining up with the upper and lower hull? My kit had some serious over lap with the rear plate and had some strange angles in it. I had to move it around just so the door would be level with the ground.

If I tried to build one, I'd be more nervous than a cat in a room full of rocking chairs.

It's not a bad kit at all, I've started to assemble my kit and so far everything is just fine. Minus a few miss formed parts and the rear hull plate. I'm also replacing the kit parts with wheel from Master Club and tracks from MIniarm.

yes i had to move it around a bit to get it squared up and add a bit of styrene strip here and there to make up the shortfall on the edges......
