Japanese armor is not my field but a new addition to Braille scale is aLways welcome.

I wish Dragon would start to produce some figures in Braille scale too.

P.A.

I have no interest in japanese armour, but hey, its great to see some japanese armour released, this must be the first Braille japanese release by any manufacturer for many years, even decades.

I might even be tempted to get one

cheers

I'm not a big fan of the lizard but that's a pretty good move on their part. It'll probably lead to other IJA releases. The braille scale guys should be pretty happy with this.

I agree it would be nice if they scaled down some of their figures, maybe combining three or so sets into one. They could even compete in the miniatures wargame field like that, the metal figures are generally out of scale or pretty poorly sculpted (WW2 and modern stuff seems to be a real step child in that field.)

I too wish Dragon would scale down their figures to 1/72 scale. I have several excess kits I purchased just for the figures.

Dragon is releasing everything I want to see, but in 1/72 instead of 1/35. Where is their Type 2 amphibious tank? I do like this release, but I would like it better in 1/35. I think FineMolds could use the competition, and Dragon needs more PTO related subjects.

I agree with everything you said Russ, but Braille scale fans still could use some good IJA armor. Let's hope that this and the 1/35 Type 2 are a sign of things to come from Dragon in the not to distant future

A good move from Dragon. It is great to see a non WW2 German subject on the release list for 1:72.

I agree wholeheartedly Michael. It's about time that Dragon releases a non German WWII model.

A Japanese armor campaign, one that includes only Japanese made armor (no Stuarts with a flag) would be fun to do.

We'll definitely need an IJA group build as Dragon has just announced the IJA Type 97 Chi-Ha medium tank
