FineMolds and Modelkasten both offer some. They are pricey and hard to find in stock, though. I don't know about the resin companies.

I've got a set by Fine Molds, and they are pretty good. I paid $12 delivered for them a few years ago for the four figure set (#FM-15). Great Models shows several different Fine Molds IJA tank crewmen in stock, so they can't be too hard to find, although the only set I have is the only set they do not have on hand.

Their price ranges from $14-18 for the sets.
