hi guys
another dio for you
There are italian troops in Somalia
The tank is a leopard 1 by italeri, the troops are american by dragon but i change the riffles
and i painted the italian badges. The crew are academy modern crew. The camouflage is typical of the italian army. I spent a lot of time to add objects on the turret also because some are strachbuilt.
tell me what you think about it

Nice! Very nice! Interesting viewpoint on the subject.
The trees, how did you do those! Those are also pretty cool!

I like those trees. They don't look like any I've seen before, but cool none the less. How were they done? It looks like pipe cleaners were used.

I bought the trees in my models shop, they are expensive and they are handmade in swizerland. Generally they were used for train dio. However i did a little work of scrachbuilt on it.

Nice work... and I enjoy the new subject ( for me anyway). Keep up the Great Work!
Only thought: in the third picture your tank's farside tracks seems to be floating over some small rocks...
40-50 ton tank would crush that and settle a little deeper into the soil. When you do your terrian you might press the tank into the ground cover while it is still wet, so it appears sink in and have weight.
Keep up the great work,
John
