The kit went together very well and most of the fit is good.
There are some issues with the kit such as the weapons the location of the spare is wrong and no bonnet basket but for the cost of the kit you cant complain to much.
My next one will be from 1 Royal Irish Regiment from the begining of OP Telic and i intend loading it with personal kit for the conflict.

Hello Neil you have made a nice job of this kit and it looks every inch a Land rover, as you say a few issues to correct and sort but cant complain for the cost of the kit,ive been tinkering with parts from an AA Land rover to add detail such as the basket on the bonnet and it all looks very good,im also playing with the alloy wheel fitted to the current wmik.
nice build looking forward to you next one.

Hi Neil,
Very nice Landy !
Maybe you should rework the paint of the .50 to give it a more "living" aspect. You could drybrush it to highlight some details.

Very nicely done.
Two questions!
Why no seat belts up front and what color Green is that?
Keith.

The paint i used was Tamiya Field Green XF65 and i painted one wing in Tamiya Nato Green XF67 to show that the veh had a replacement wing fitted at some point.
The seat belts do not come with the kit and to be honest i just dont think i could do seat belts from scratch.
The wing boxes are from a company called firing line models who do a British Army vehicle detail set for 1960, to 1980,s but the boxes are the right ones.
