I thought since this my first post here that I would open up with this shadow box that I built about 10 years ago. The figure is a heavily modifies Airfix multi pose and all of his weapons, etc, are scratchbuilt.
I love dios and shadowboxes and hope that you will allow me to participate here?

Thanks for the kind words. The trees were wood dowels of different diameters, covered with epoxy putty and then scored with a knife. The evergreen branches were from a dried flower store and the deciduous leaves were from Hudson and Allen studios as was the forrest litter. Rocks were epoxy putty. Thanks for commenting buddy!

Its nice to have you with us!
It’s a very good scene, and you did a heck of a job with the painting! May I ask what scale it is?

Hello Jerry,
Excellent work !
The light is superb in your shadow box, and wow, really amazing to think that this figure comes from an Airfix (I presume it is 1/32 multipose). Thje paintjob on the wooden part of the rifle and the tatoos are very subtle.
I would love to see more pictures of your work.
And welcome to this site !
Best,
Julien

Thanks for the comments. The fig is 1/32 scale. I have a little experience in this scale.

Yes, it is nice to see some of Jerry's older work. It was quite impressive back then and his work just keeps getting better and better.

Thanks gents,
I was just showing this to some company the other day and it is in sad shape. Figure is detached from the base and all is extremely dusty. Nice to see it from back in the day. Thanks again !
