New(?) from Krylon:
As the title says. Acquired this at Michaels for US 7.99. If new item, then could be had at Ace/True Value stores soon for probably $ 3.99-4.99.
Shot some an hour ago on some small painted parts and it went on fine with good flatness to the sheen. Low odor. Comparable to Krylon's enamel matt clear(no UV claims). Both dry very fast. This may be the ticket for fixing pastels and pigments to your work although I suspect the solvents and propellants are the cause of the disappearing act of the powders.
FWIW and your milage will always vary......
Cheers!
