I've never done a campaign but this one has caught my interest and it's a good chance to clean out some of my parts.

From what I read the start date is Oct 1st. Does it become 'official' on this date and what level of build can we do until the start date?

Paul, as I understand it you can start building if you are doing some type of major conversion but you can't start to paint before 10.01.03. Someone please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
