Title says it all: what color was the inside of the commander's cuppola hatch? I have seen interiors in off-white/cream.

Bill my personal experience is they are painted in the same exterior color. If not its like a white flag on top of the turret. The interior you want a shade of white to help with the lighting when buttoned up.

Yep - anything visible from the outside when the hatch is opened is the same OD as the outside, and the interior walls are white. Bear in mind that the hatches usually had a fake-leather pad that would be black.

Just judging from the photographs of actual vehicles, hatches were the same color as the exterior, but periscopes were white for some reason. The interior of the commander cupola was usually white too. For example:

Ah, I forgot about those shiny white periscope holders! The periscopes themselves are green I think, but for some reason the holders are white...
