Nice review.
Worthy of note is that MR Modellbau has a similar conversion available, probably easier to obtain and cheaper for European modellers.
I'll have to do a comparison review one day as I do own both sets.

I beg to differ on the explanation of the picture of the actual sled in the instructions.
I've seen this picture before and to me they are loading the sled on the truck not taking it off, with the guy pulling it up. No doubt once up far enough they'll roll it along the lorry bed, hence the front rollers. In any case at some point weight will mean it pivots like the picture and the front rollers won't be working even if the picture is of them unloading.
