Hello gnets,

I was wondering if anybody have found links to the Shizuoka show held on the week end of the 13 ? And odes somebody has info on manufacturers releases (except Tamiya which released a sneek peek) ?
Usually there is a very good level in this exhibition.

Hi

I'm not sure from your post if you are wanting to see images of the show thinking it has already been held or pre show release stuff as the show is on from the 12th of May, so next month. I guess a week or a couple of days before the show Dragon will issue some "surprises" but as far as I know this is the only known stuff so far

I'm still hoping Tamiya are going to surprise us with a new 1/35th scale Crusader. Well, we can but hope

That's all I have seen as well.

And I second that wish about a Tamiya 1/35 Crusader, I'm getting quite tired of that old Italeri offering...

Yo,
I come back on the topic, as the date of Shizuoka show is passed
The only report I've seen is on the website called tankguy, where there is picture of the AA contest that has been held.
Do you know if there was the traditional AFV and diorama exhibition, iand do you know any link to them ?

Julien

Hi Julien

Here ya go. Some lovely examples of the modelling hobby.

Photo report courtesy of AFV- News

My favourite is the Panthers diorama with the injured soldiers etc.

Thanks you very much Alan.
For me it's not the same quality of the previous year, but still Japan skills are always amazing.

Thanks Alan !
The dio featuring GI near a Vietnam river and the 9/11 dio are excellent.
Thanks also for the links to those nice sites
Best,
Julien
