Does anyone here know if electric paint shakers/mixers work well?

Never used one. Two or three steel small spheres in the paint bottle will do the job very well when you shake it...

Hi Machu :-)
I've never used one either... I'm sure I once saw a thread about them, but I can't find it now to point you towards...
Sorry...

Merlin is right. There was a thread in here some time ago about the electric stirrers and some guys just swear by them. I do the Fabio thing, and drop a couple of BBs in the bottle when I open it for the first time. They really help stir the paint. You will be able to tell when the "gunk" in the bottom of the bottle is loose because you will hear the BBs rattling.

Never used one either. I use tooth picks for every bottle opened and then dump them. I can buy 600 for $1. I stir well and stab the gunk at the bottom until it breaks up with enamels and acylics just need a good stirring. Dont have any problems. I dont worry if i get a little shine because of poor mixing.... I dullcote afterwards.
Sounds like another horrible cleaning job afterwards. When painting figures i can be opening up to 10 tins in 20 minutes ... the toothpicks are perfect for me!!

Hi!, Machu,
Here's what I bought from MicroMark, It came in handy
when I had some really stubborn paint, that BB's didn't
even work.
