Made the "dough filter" radar antenna, the 0.3 mm holes, and the shelf.

The form was designed that I was looking for a well-rounded shape, whereas the radar dish (mirror) is a spherical wind.
The ideal shape of a woman's sweat cap Anti stick I found.
0.5 cm thick polystyrene plate and I put it in tin-lead solder gas warmed until nicely pressed against him, picked up the shape.
On compasses were marked with the appropriate diameter circle line, then cut out, polished.
Now the images based on selected locations of the devices 0,3 mm drill holes.
When finished, polished and ready for a bit of the sample piece ...

The instrument-board looks awesome.
But would you really drill these holes into the reflector?
Ahh, you mean, that the reflector was made from a cap of a deodorant-roller bottle?
Good idea!
Perhaps I also find good ones for my projects..
