Saw a couple cheap, they appear to be early 70s vac and ??? kits.

Any thoughts if they are any good?

Yes, Armtec produced in Conn, I believe. Basic by today's standards. I did the 1/76 M4A1 conversion and Somua S35 tank many many years ago. Superseded by the ESCI and Heller kits, respectively. Raretanks might be conversion produced by Rareplanes. Don't remember what they were.

Pass on the Armtec unless you are a collector.
