I got this figure, and i was just wondering if this is the correct color for a US armored infantry soldier
linkname
I have already painted a figure this color and want to make sure it is correct before i continue on others.
should they be this greenish color or should they be tan other us soldiers uniforms, or can some soldiers in the same unit wear tan and some the green??

I am planning on putting the figures in a dio with an M18 hellcat. I guess i dont care too much about the year specifically because it isnt meant to represent any particular area or battle, just a general day in europe battles

Yes, according to Tim Streeter's website, these figures can be represented in HBT color uniforms with some very minor alterations. From his review :
Similarly, you don't need to paint these in the camo scheme, and can just leave them as plain OD HBTs, which were common from 1942 through the summer of 1944. Just add buttons down the front and on the breast pockets. These HBTs were in a light shade of OD for the 1942 pattern, and a darker "shade 7" for the 1943 pattern.
Hope this helps.
