Folks;
I would like to replace the plastic barrel supplied in the Esci 1/35 scale German 2cm Flak 30 kit with a metal barrel which better depicts that special Flak 30 muzzle-brake.
Does anyone make one? There appear to be many 2cm Flak 38 barrels, but I have not found a Flak 30 version.
Alternatively, is it "legit" or reasonably accurate to make one by fitting something such as the RB Models 2cm KwK 30 barrel muzzle-brake to a 2cm L/65 Flak 38 barrel? The RB KwK 30 muzzle-brake looks pretty close to that seen on the longer-barreled Flak 30 seen in period and museum-specimen photographs...
Thanks!
Bob

I'm afraid the only FlaK 30 barrel out there is from Jordi Rubio. Best regards.

Schatton of Germany makes a nice Flak 30 barrel with very fine details.
