I noticed that my Mr. Metal Iron paint dried out by half a year and would like to know if it is possible to solve remaining pigment with smth. Acrylic thinner and white spirit are not working.

If it's dried out, it's unrecoverable.
Mr Metal Color is an acrylic but formulated using Gunze's own "lacquer" thinner (normal acrylic thinner will not work) . In fresh Mr Metal Color paint, I have found that denatured alcohol will also work, but it works most optimally using a lacquer thinner such as Gunze's Mr Color Thinner or Tamiya's lacquer thinner.
It is not compatible with white/mineral spirits at all.

I managed to recover it with Gunze laquer thinner!
