It looks like the French VBCI Boxer. Maybe the resin company renamed it.
Frenchy from the limited footage I have seen of it it is so fine you cant really see the vehicle behind it.
This armour reminds me of the bed spring armour on Russian T34s and a side benefit will be it will be easier to reproduce the effect with PE.
PE isn't the way you want to do it. its actually a narrow nylon (most likely Kevlar rope) type rope with metal "buttons" or box like structures making up the mesh.
