My next project....
I have the kit and various update / accessory / etch sets.
The best reference material I do have comes from the Sabing Martin Book on the T-62 in the Mid East ( which is very good ! )

I was just wondering if anyone knew of other books / publications with good images of KO'd T-62's....?

Try doing a google image search and you should find plenty of pics. There are plenty of Afgan and Iraqi wreck images out there.
