Aloha everyone!!!
I'm currently working on Tamiya's French LeClerc and was wondering if anyone has any pictures of anti-IED devices the French army might be adding onto their MBT. I know Blast Models does an anti-IED device for the VAB so is it possible I could use this for the LeClerc too?
Thank you in advance!!!
Kurt

Hi Kurt
IMHO you'll have hard time finding such pics as I believe the French-built LEMIR is not designed to be fitted to MBTs like the Leclerc. Such devices (like the Rhino) are fitted to APCs, MRAPs and lighter vehicles ( Humvees for instance) which have a thinner armor...
Just my two cents

Hi Kurt,
the Leclerc (no capital C) never got anti-IED system even when deployed to Lebanon unlike AMX10Ps and VBLs during the same periode of time.
