Well I did settle on a finish as a vehicle from 8th Light Field Ambulance RAMC, 3rd Infantry Division - NWE 1944.
I also noticed I'd left off the small indicator on the LHS of the door (there's always something), but added that.

Ah.... just relishing the sense of suspense!
