Here are some in progress pictures of my 35th M1126 in Afghanistan. The M151 RWS isn't attached yet, just sitting on top. I also need to add the slat on the rear, the fire extinguishers for the TFSS, details on the styrene parts of the blast deflectors and some other little details. I would love some input if I have something wrong or assembled/located incorrectly

This build includes:
Eduard M1126 detail set
Eduard M1126 Additional armor
Eduard M1126 Blast panel set (with styrene sides- I needed a set without the windows)
Eduard M1126 exhaust deflector
Eduard M1126 (partial- not added yet)
Griffon Stryker straps (not yet added)
Tigermodels resin wheels (waiting for them to ship)
Real Model Stryker Driver Enhancement kit (resin/PE)
Real Model Tire Fire Suppression system (partial)
AFV Club Stryker Additional Equipment set (Duke antenna, horn (not yet added), PE, A-frame tow kit (not added)
Blast Stowage sets 1 and 2
Trumpeter Stryker windscreen set
Accurate Armour Kinetic tow cables (not added)
Scratch built Mine Protection kit (not shown)
RB Model antenna mounts

From the picture of the real stryker has the US Army stopped using cage armor Because you mentioned slat armor on the back but not the rest of the vehicle that would be awesome if it is true

The pictures I have show that in Afghanistan, they removed all of the slat armor except on the back. So you are still looking at some slat, just not very much, Luckily Squadron had a set of the Eduard slat on sale for $24. I am using the parts for the rear and the rest will be spares for another build. Eduards PE bends waaaaaay to easily

I'm quite sure Jason is talking about 1/35th scale

Eduard makes Trumpeter specific parts. As for the Real Model items, I haven't tried them on a Trumpeter kit yet so I am not sure

Sorry- like they said, I meant 1/35th! Unfortunately I am not a fast builder so I won't reach 35 until somewhere around 2019

Hi Jason,

good work on the Stryker, I consider myself doing a similar one.
Shoot me an e-mail, I found the pics that you look for.
