I know now what units I will represent on my dio. I want to represent the 3ID but I want to display some Military police humvees

1)Were the vehicles of the 3ID in OIF all sand ,,or did they have some nato colored vehicles?
2) I want to add some MP vehicles ,,but what decals must I use to represent the MP company used in the 3ID ?

THE TAmya Humvee kit with the MK grenade launcher has some MP company decals but I don t know which MP units are in IRAq and for which decals are available,,,yes the 18 MP is in IRaQ but there are no decals for it and I don t know if the 18th MP met with the 3ID in the desert or in Baghdad

3ID MP vehicles in Iraq are mostly, if not all, sand. They were drawn from prepo equipment in Kuwait. As for units, the division MP Co is 3rd MPs. Bumper numbers would reed as follows: Left side: 3I 3d MP Right Side: MP 100, 0r MP 200 something to that effect. MILITARY POLICE would also be written on the sides at the rear and on the front of the vehicle. don't know anything about 18th MPs.

Well my Humvee is 3 nato colored and I just wondered if the 3ID met Military police checkpoints or following police units having 3nato colored camouflage .
I meant the 18th Military Police brigade (the two oposite axes) that is stationed in Heidelberg.

The issue is that I plan to make a diorama where 3ID units meet Militarypolice, and therefor I tryed to figure out whether the 3ID met some Militarypolice humvees painted in 3 NATO on their way to Baghdad.
IFI know now that the 3ID met some MP with nato clored humvees it don t need to airbrush again my Humvee in sand. A diorama with only vehicles painted in sand is bored in my opinion, therefor placing some nato colored vechiles in the convoy coloumn would look neat.

Any suggestion for this or advice ?
