It is a 330 Kilo bomb on tracks that you drive at the enemy and retreat on foot, and use remote control to finish its journey (rather them than me). Only 50 of these were built with its closest match being the Goliath. It uses a lot of parts from the Kettenkrad and its parts would be a good place to start if you want to scratch build one.
