Hey, All,
Does anybody know if Dragon is releasing one, possible two M4A2 Shermans this year? If so, is one of them supposed to be Marine Corps...?
Thanks!
Aloha

I do not know if Dragon is releasing M4A2 or if they have plans for one in the future. I do know that Academy has plans to release an early version M4A2 sometime in '04.

From what I've seen it looks like they will be releasing two M4A2's. One for Okinawa which I would think will be a USMC tank, and one for the Red Army. When we might see them though, I don't have any idea.

Rumors say the DML M4A2 will be a late, wet-stowage (large hatch) hull Sherman -- this would work with a 75mm turret for Okinawa or a 76mm turret for Soviet lend-lease.
If you're in the mood for an early M4A2 with the small hatches and welded driver hoods, check out the new kit by Formations. It's resin, but very nice. I don't have this particular kit, but I have the early M4A1 and it is awesome.

BTW, I have no connection with this company other than being a satisfied customer.
