Hi Guys

I am just about finished my Dragon SU-85M 6415 and I am not sure if a part is missing or not

If you look at the photo below is there supposed to be somthing attached where the red circle is.

The instructions don't show anything, but I am sure when I have looked at on-line photos of other builds of this model there has been something there.
