I am fascinated by the T54/55 series of tanks. Compared to other series they get short shrift when it comes to kits/conversions. Despite their widespread use and long running production, information is often contradictory and hard to come by.

I am particularly enamored with the first model T-54, alternately referred to as T-54 Model 1946 and T-54-1. Its' development designation was Object 137. I know there is a russian kit of it in 1/72 scale (Zebrano Models) and I thought AEF designs had a conversion in 1/35th a few years ago, but that's it.

Anyone know of any other kits or any conversions for the T-54, specifically the model 1946?

There are few pictures available of this tank, I know on is at Kubinka and a few upgraded ones are floating around.
