Its like they started with a idea and then didnt know where to stop ,,impressive looking box thats for sure lol

I'm still having a hard time understanding what the Cartels hoped to achieve with such a vehicle. Some of the footage circulating shows the inside, and its got a 2-3" thick concrete box under all of those steel plates. Surely very well protected, but the footage of it driving around belies that its top speed no doubt leaves something to be desired. You're not exactly going to lose the authorities driving that thing. Maybe someone got it in their head to build a vehicle for raiding rivals or police stations?
