that is very nice work mate. My only comment would be to put some indentations in the sand for footprints of the two soldiers wher they have been moving around.

Most impressive Graywolf :-) I like the attention to detail and the weathering is great. Did you use pastels or is the dusting done with an airbrush? My only critic is and this is very nitpicky, there seems to be a little silvering around the cross decal. Maybe the light is just making it look that way. Great job

Graywolf - very nice, this dio sets a tone the second you see it. I've been noticing a lot of 'down time' photos in books I've been reading and this is dead on in composition and detail. NICE.
The ruts the wheels are in are great, nice texture and color. I agree with the previous post about some foot prints. They wouldn't have to be well defined, justs some scuffling around marks.
If that's Tamiya's kit, it's probably an older one. I've run into the silvering problem too. The way I get around it is by cutting the extra decal film away. I get a new #11 bland a metal rule and carefully cut right down to the color part of the decal.
These are really small things, overall you have a great entry! Keep up the good work.

very good my only criticism is the decals... you can really see the edge of the film around the cross. other than that it looks really well. i love the dusting

Very well done Greywolf. The model building is clean as well as the painting, the weathering is not overdone (at least in my view), the figures' poses are quite natural too. The only thing I can notice is, always in my view, that the base looks much more a desert one than a russian one...
Ciao

Thanks all for the comments and critics.I absolutely agree about the silvering on the edges of the cross decal, its my fault not to cut the edges of the decal...and I also agree about the texture of the base is so clean. It must be added some foot prints and some Russian ground details.
The color is a mixture of 90%Humbrol 67 Matt Tank Grey +10% Humbrol 111 Uniform Grey . Then washed with a black+brown mixture and weathered with pastels.
