I too have had missing parts before. I called and mailed and finally got a reply. "We do not stock replacement parts due to space and manufacturing issues."
I agree that with rising costs we should get better customer relations and better service, but, we have to remember that, in a down economy it's all about profits and money, the customer is a, purchase at will status. Only Tamiya, to my limited knowledge, includes a form to purchase replacement parts. And, Stevens Int. is no help at all. Oh by the way, whats with all the figures being made these days. I'm not a figure modeler, I try to avoid them if possible too hard to see for me. Not a rant just asking.

Yeah, with as competitive as the market is, this really will leave a bad taste. Too bad ... Trumpeter has a uphill battle against Tamiya and DML and doing this will shoot themselves in the foot.
What they SHOULD do is rob from a kit and please a customer!!!
