Guys:
I'm adding steel wool bushes to a plaster base. Can I use white ELMERs glue to glue them down.

I might use hot glue from a hot glue gun.

I just use a frop of CA glue...

You can. The drawback is, it takes lots of time to dry and maybe not strong enough.
