Alpine's OIF US Tank Crew Set (35025) is the best suited for an '04-'05 tank crew. They are also the best on the market in my opinion.

I don't understand why manufacturers are producing US Tank Crews during OIF in the nomax fire-retardent suits. These have never been worn by tank or Bradley crews i Iraq. These were only used during training. I spent a year and a half in Baghdad, (2003-2004) visited other ciies, and never sawthem worn. I always wondered why they never wore them.

I saw plenty of armor crewmen wearing CVCs during the invasion after about 7 APR when we removed the JS-LIST chemical suits. Once the ACU Nomex uniform came out around '07, not many wore the CVC Nomex jumpsuits anymore.

Interesting, maybe it was just a 1st AD standard. Thanks Gino.
