Just doing some research for my next project gents. I have a few quick questions...
What color was the turret interior of the Pz.Sfl. IVb, 10.5 cm le.FH. 18/1 Sd.Kfz. 165/1 Ausf. A? Ivory or German Grey?
I plan on doing the Pz.Sfl. IVb, 10.5 cm le.FH. 18/1 Sd.Kfz. 165/1 Ausf. A with a overall grey exterior. Is there any evidence of this vehicle with a whitewash?
What primer color would be underneath the grey?
Thanks for your help.

I´ve never heard about ivory color for interior of German Wehrmacht.
If you mean the RAL1001 "Elefenbein", it was used on stuff for DAK. Otherway the RAL9002 "Greywhite" was the interior color and the color for tactical numbers.
I would go with the darkgrey for interior, due to its open turret.
From 39 to 45 the primer was RAL3009 "oxide red"

Thanks. I actually found some real images of the turret interior. Looks like it was the exterior grey color.
