Hello,
I didn't like quality of wheels from "LEGEND". Has decided to make itself. Here that has turned out:

Here a photo on which molded:

Yours do look nice, but, if I may suggest? Your six bolts around the wheel hub look a tad small, they need to be proportionately larger. Also, the central lubricating point boss on the hub also looks to be a bit too pronounced, based on the photos you posted. Maybe sand it down a little to make it less pronounced?

All the best,

Paul

Yeah, the hatches in your photo look pretty completely wrong. There are a LOT of Sherman walk around photo galleries on the net and you should be able to find the detail you want from them. As for exact dimensions to get the basic proportions right, someone here can measure a Tasca kit (or a local Sherman). I would, but I'm away from home at the moment.

Thank You, Paul.
About six bolts around the wheel hub - this is my omission. Will try to fix.

All the best,

Sergey

1) Throat reduced. Attempt to make a square nut.
2) Six hats of screws hub increased.
3) Wheel bolts made above.

Well your wheel came out realy well. I like the way you picked up the thin fins of the mounting sindel.

I too was dissapointed from the legend offering. yours look better, but the centre bolts need to be a bit larger.

Bolts of the center are optimum. If 0,7mm it is not correct.

Man I love the spot on detail of your wheels and I have tryed to scratch build some like your will little luck. An after studying your photos blown up to enhance the detail of the wheel I noticed that there are no mistakes. Even for some of the best AF companys I have found mistakes in there resin wheels and othere items. Nun on yours and then I thought I'm looking at these wheels from the rong point of view. The first Original or Master was not scratch build in the conventional sense of (Hand scratch building a lone)

Now I do know that they were scratch built, in the sense the diagram and dimensions of the item were fed in to a type of CNC Machine. That's the best way to make a spot on and a perfectly detailed Master.

Now weather the masters' was or is plastic or aluminum stock, how knows. This is just my idea of a possible way of making wheels with no mistakes.

An after a master is made the eazy part is to make a mold and cast copys.

Still I love your work and keep it up my friend!
An thanks for shearing from an envious SB - Scratchbuilder.

Edit: Oh and Mr. Sergey Alekhno I hope your business really takes off with these wheels! I can't wate to see what othere things you come up with.
