I have no idea when this photo was released, but I have a photo which shows the upper hull of a BMP-1/ or 2 with a possibly chinese turret.
Also, the upper hull-master was not finished at that time.
So possibly we can see a good BMP-2D kit (and possibly others) from our chinese friends!!!

Does anybody knows something new about BMP-2 from Trumpeter, will it be released soon or it's gone be like waiting for ASLAV-PC Phase 3?

there's a new test shot of the BMP-2D on Trumpeter facebook page. I have a question, if it's the D version, it should have the additional armor at the rear of the turret, right? because it's not there in the pic

I'm guessing they canned it as soon as Trumpeter started releasing a ton of modern Russian stuff in plastic.
As some have stated their is a pic posted on Trumpeters FB page of a 2D test shot, this is however an old photo which was posted on here a few years ago by a Chinese member who apparently worked for Trumpeter & HB's R&D division.
