Finally found a site that not only carries Vallejo paints, but Humbrol as well. This is a US distributor with fair prices. The long search is over.

IF you are near Pensacola, FL; I was at Bobe's hobby store on W st. off Highway 29 yesterday - I think I saw the Humbrol paints in little tins there. Don't know whether they would send them to you...

Found out redfroghobbies carries both brands, as well. I'm a couple hours away from pensacola.
