These are the 4x4 and 6x6 versions of the Grizzly MRAP, a joint effort by Blackwater USA and Ares Systems Group. They were submitted for evaluation as part of the abortive MRAP II program, but a fault in the armor placement reportedly knocked them out after initial tests. I have no idea if they are still being offered.
