Was this Sam rocket launcher as modelled by Trumpeter available to Iraq forces during the Iraq war.

Yes, but they were removed from service very early on by Coalition forces before they could do much damage. I think only one Coalition aircraft was lost to a SA-6 while a couple of others may have been damaged.

Seems a fairly good kit, have been watching one of these kits on an ebay site. Your confirmation has got me thinking about one being taken out by Colation Forces.
