I finally got this kit, and so far I have been pleasantly surprised at how good it is. The pieces (with a tiny bit of work) fit together well, and there are quite a few spares as well. If you try hard enough, and make all the holes the right size, then it is possible to convert this set to a running model. I am definetly going to be buying this kit again in the future.
However, there are a few problems.
- I had a broken wheel that would have prevented me from converting it to a running model in the first place.
-There is an option to have a 37mm gun installed in one (or both) of the turrets, but the hole where the gun is supposed to go is not the right size. It is difficult to explain and hard to fix. Maybe I should post a screenshot.
-I had to put MGs in both turrets, but the MGs are very simple looking thin poles.
-Minor gaps that require putty
These problems were all fine until I ran into the biggest problem of all. The rubber tracks do not fit! They are at least a centimetre too short! Should I attempt to complain to the Ebay seller? Is it their responsibility?
There are other tracks for sale on ebay, link tracks, but for 15 dollars including shipping, thats more expensive then what I payed for the model itself (not including shipping).

As far as complaining to the merchant, buyer beware.

It is not a seller problem, it is a manufacturer problem. Your only options are to work with what you have or buy the aftermarket tracks. Sucks, but there are not a lot of options for you.

Nah, I think I have managed to put them together, just need to tug and pull in just the right way.
