To me, it doesn't really look like an improvement over the kit parts. I don't think it is needed. Some of these resin "upgrade" kits don't really add anything other than some resin weight to the kit.

To be honest, I'm still waiting on mine, if it arrives I'd like to see the difference.
But it looks good, and not afraid to admit I'm a bit of a junkie for this stuff.

Some people were saying that the position of the front headlights in the kit is totally wrong - being too low - so, maybe this set addresses that issue?
It's good, though, that there are more AM companies doing upgrades for modern vehicles.

It doesn't seem to correct it, at least not the way I would do that. In my opinion the best way to improve the Acedemy kit is to use Tamiya hood (after small modifications).
