Heres a dio i built many years ago now ..its got to be somewhere around 10yrs ago this was built ... its started with a Esci set with a couple of wagons and a heap of troops ..the wagons weren't bad but the wheels were not up to scratch so they were replaced with the wheels of a couple of Tamiya wagons ..much better .
The troops were built from a Dragon set ..thats so old I dont even remember which set it was
So take alook and tell me what ya think

Cheers
Phill

Lots of dust, there. Looks excellent. While much better than I could hope to even emulate, the sculpture on the horses is not up to par.

Bad news on that base Rob .. brought that little item over 10 yrs ago ..now i just make my own ..now i use a Plunge Router ,,takes a little getting used to but once done its pretty easy

Matt ..I'm not surprised about the dust and the horses ,,that dio sat on a shelf for yrs and the horses are the first and only animals i've ever painted ..I cant see myself painting anymore anytime soon too
Have to admit to that the horses are all OOTB and hell if i remember right it only took 4 days from start to finish on that little dio ..bit of a challenge i had with a ol mate .... I won by the way
