Neal Logdahl and his sons Mason and Joseph share with us a walk around of a T34 altered to look like a Tiger 1, and used as a film prop in the movie "Saving Private Ryan". This could be an interesting scratch build project for someone and can be seen near Dillsburg, PA.

Paul, you can see shots of the rear...there's no covering, just the rear-drive transmission (I think) and the engine with two large coffee cans covering something.
In fact, the transmission (rear-drive) has a date of 1956....I think that's a date marking. I really don't know Russian tanks, so I'm not really sure. If this is the case, the re-builder must have worked hard to find fitting transmission parts.
