PLan to do this 60's era. Figure a big white star on hood and bumper numbers, were there stars on the doors? Where would i get some Unit marking decals?

Stars were on hood and doors. Get your bumper numbers from Archer .I like 'em and they look right. Looking forward to seeing your 10 tonner when she's done.

If you model the 123 after a Vietnam era truck here is the unit in Nam. The front bumper would read from left to right SSC 79 CET CC&S 38. This truck was nickmaned Lil Abner. When placing thestar on the hood make sure that the point is forward and not like you see in most model instructions. as far as stars on the doors, some had them early on in the war but after 1969 most of the stars were painted over. Too big a target to shoot at.
