How does one go about creating a sag on stock treads? I've heard it's possible...maybe I'm wrong. Any help would be...uh...helpful

What type of tracks? The rubber band type? If so you can either wire them down or super glue them. I perfer the wire. I use very thin wire that i will put through the tracks between the rollers. It usually won't take very much tension to pull the tacks down so that there will be a bow in them and they will sag along the upper rollers. I tie the wire from the top to the bottom fron the inside close to the rollers so they won't be too visable. If they are the indi links style its very easy. Just add a few extra links and you have instant sloppy tracks.

If they are the rubber type tracks, I glue them to the rollers.

I usually find the appropriate sag point and then apply an appropriate amount of glue (tamiya or super glue) between the track and roller. Aside from the glue, I also use paper clips to hold the track and roller in place while the glue is drying (see pic below)

I normally apply glue to both ends of the track (front and back) for a more balanced lookl...

Hope this helps.

errm, if you glue, or tie the tracks to the rollers, you still miss the sag [b]between[b] the rollers??? I read somewhere where they used pins for creating the sag. they were simply inserted in the sidearmor of the tank.
