An Academy model kit, which is a better verson than the Italeri one.

It looks pretty nice. Good job on the construction and finish. The gun and ammo chutes look really good as well. A couple pointers to make it better. The gear on top (water jug, ammo can, and jerry can) really need to be tied down. They would fall off as soon as it moved. Also, the jerry can has its top missing. It looks like you have some silvering of the decals too. Make sure you put a good coat of gloss before decaling. Lastly, the tail lights are off. Only the left, upper oval should be red. The others are slits for the blackout drive lights.

Good job overall. A few tweaks and it will be even better. I too agree the Academy M163 is much better than the Italeri one, as are all Academy's M113 versions.

Over all nicely built and finished. I do concur about the missing top on the Jerry can. In the close up it looks like the part just fell off. As for the decal silvering, I really can't see any.

Nicely done, is it representing a Nam era vehicle?

Thanks for all the info! I should've used the decal softener and squeezed bubbles out......

I suppose, however, I think I painted the wrong camo?
