Alex: good job on the old tamiya figures you've done a good job i especially like the flesh tones very realistic
two minor suggestions, (just suggestions not criticisms in any way) 1: i'd add some lead foil slings to the mp40 and the spare barrel case
2: on the tripod there's two injection pin marks that could do with filling.
other than that top notch.
Jordan: i've seen some footage on various documentaries on the History Channel but you're right the guy would be deaf after 10 rounds unless he had earplugs lol Ant.

Alex,
They look pretty god to me.
A few points if you don't mind.
You might consider a coat of flat varnish to take the shine off.
The straps and buckles running down the water bottles need some attention (the buckles definitely wouldn't be the same colour as the bottle's body).
As previously mentioned the weapons need slings (try paper strips if your not sure about lead foil) and on the MG tripod the two pads need a strap down their middle.
If you want to experiment a bit grind some coloured chalks or hard pastels (white, a lightish brown and a very dark brown etc.) in different ratios and try scrubbing it over various figures.
you'll be suprised at the changes a little 'dust' can make.
All the best
Tom

I agree with everybody else's points. They do look good. Did the decals come with the set? I'm surprised that it didn't have typical Wermacht insignias.
