Hi Alex ... there was a lot of talk about this set when it was first announced as nobody knew what it contained. Could you please confirm? Is it three female figures or are there more?
They look good .... should be fun and different painting effort!

Finally we get a look inside this box!
Nice looking figures I must say and like Frank said- should be fun to paint. The decals are a nice addition. Good luck with this Alex.

All the parts are enough to do 4 soldiers, however, there are 4 more extra sets(without legs) you could use them on the Bronco or Hobby Boss's ZTZ-99 tanks!

I have seen female soldiers carrying weapons in various arms of the Chinese military but I have never seen any aboard AFVs and I'm fairly certain women are only allowed to join non-combat branches of service within the PLA.
Thats the problem with these Chinese releases- interesting yes, practical (i.e. useful for a diorama)- no.

...wow
Nice legs indeed
Joking aside, female figures (military or civilian) in 1/35 are few and usually they look no attractive at all. That set would be useful for some conversions in my humble opinion
cheers

Looks like the three individuals from the beginning of this youtube clip here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1vA4T1wfJLE. These look like nicely done figures but I can't think of why I would need them. Just one of those 'for the hell of it' sets, I guess.

You're probably right about that Brian. I think they have a similar role for women as in some Western military forces- i.e. they can do pretty much anything as long as its not Infantry/Armor on the front line.
