Being News Editor here, on Armorama gives one the advantage of getting a first-look at many new products. It also, can ''jade'' you somewhat, getting used to so many new releases that, it''s also quite rare that you get a ''tingle'' when something new is launched. This though, is definitely one of these latter moments. I''m not, as a rule, particularly interested in Modern subjects, these new weapon sets and accesories from Live Resin, certainly appear to be something VERY special indeed.

Very special, indeed! The CAD drawings can sometimes be misleading, but the details on the resin "castings" really are amazing. This definitely looks like a revolution in producing superdetailed weapon sets... Moreover, the possibility on combining different weapon systems with various optical scopes, ITPIALs, bipods, magazines, forward grips... wow!
Well done Live Resin!

These are FANTASTIC. Wish they would expand their offerings to WW2. It's enough to build some modern figures just to use these.

These look awesome, and best of all, Live-Resin addresses the shortcomings of the 1/35 modern figure market with great-looking products. I wish them all the best.

If you haven't already, check out their webpage Live resin
Lots of pictures there, both of what I guess is coming products (like a M-1 Garand) but also tons of reference pictures.

Placed my preorder with Military Miniatures Warehouse back on August 20th and it came in the mail today!
Live Resin US Army carbine set
Item# LRE35001
Live Resin US Army scope set 1
Item# LRE35007
Live Resin M240B medium machine gun
Item# LRE35014
Live Resin US Army multi band team radio set
Item# LRE35029
Live Resin M249 SAW
Item# LRE35013
Sweet additions as I've just mounted the ELCAN sight on another SAW to match a photo reference. No photos yet, but the ones here in the forum reflect the actual kits. Holding my full size flat top to compare with the M4. It looks good. Note a tiny amount of flash, but I am placing another order as more items are added to Military Miniatures website. Great stuff for modern fans. Thanks Live Resin!

An M4 carbine "perforated can silencer" would be nice too.
I'd also like to see the rifle thermal sight and even the Joint Tactical shotguns. A Javelin and some of the newer rockets and missiles would be a great additions. Missiles, MANPADs, and rockets are often neglected in the 1/35 modern weapon realm.
What's even odd is how in resin, one could produce such fine tubes such as the gun barrels. Makes me think one could produce those rollcage FAV buggies also such as the, DPV, Singapore Flyer, Super Jeep, ATVs, etc.

What am I missing? Everyone is talking about Live Resin's website but every time I click on a link or Google it I get the same single page consisting of 2 female fantasy figures but no photos of their new modern kits...?????

The link I posted earlier in this thread works just fine, at least for me.

Thanks for the response. I figured it out, my web browser, Firefox, was the issue. I found the right one using Internet Explorer. Strange. Thanks again.

I see Live-Resin is posting some of its CAD head and helmet sets on the scrolling photo slideshow on the top of their homepage. Some of those heads look mighty good and have NVGs and goggles that almost none of the competitors offer on one head, let alone a head set.
Live-Resin is really what's needed for 1/35 figures! If they go 120mm, cool!!!!
