Hey Jim - I've been looking at this myself in the last couple of days and found some interesting ideas here:

http://www.network54.com/Forum/47208/thread/1112189030/British+Light+Stone+61+and+Portland+Stone+64+Question

http://www.network54.com/Forum/47208/thread/1252022924/The+complete+Mike+Starmer+Acrylic+Paint+Mix+Database

There are also a few other threads on the Painting forum that I found helpful.

I'm still looking for some ideas for mixing Portland Stone using Vallejo MA or MC too...

Thanks Andy - I actually tried to order some Portland Stone before you posted that, but as usual I can't get PayPal to work. Once I get it sorted out, what are your recommendations for thinning DOA paint for airbrushing?

Hello mate D.O.A paints dont need thinning at all.But if you think you must just a drop of normal every day tap water will do the job.

Hi

I know Extracolor do the correct colours in their enamel range so they might also be available in their Extrcrylic range as well.
